Terms of Service
DailyGrid is a free daily puzzle game website operated by Dailygrid LLC (formation in progress). By using DailyGrid, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
DailyGrid provides ten free daily puzzle games refreshed every day at midnight Eastern Time. No account or payment is required. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
2. Acceptable use
- Play fair: don't use bots, scripts, or exploits to falsify streaks, stats, or leaderboard positions.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe other users' data, or scrape content at abusive rates.
- Share cards are yours to post anywhere; please don't misrepresent altered results as genuine.
3. Intellectual property
DailyGrid's puzzles are generated algorithmically for DailyGrid. You may share your results (including our spoiler-free share cards) freely. You may not republish our puzzle sets in bulk or present them as your own product.
4. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free puzzles — if you spot a broken puzzle, tell us at hello@getdailygrid.com and we'll fix it.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dailygrid LLC isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to $100.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
